The first week of your Eco journey will kick off with an induction to all things Eco: our history, team, culture, customers, sites, and future ambitions!
Your manager will work with you to create a Personal Development Plan for the first six months to build your learning and help you in your role, but the learning opportunities don’t stop there… At Eco we are committed to continually investing in our people through courses, qualifications, coaching, and also fund Professional development through books, conferences, subscriptions – whatever inspires you and develops your skills!
We place a huge emphasis on nurturing talent and promoting within to support career development and progression opportunities.
