DORSET-based Eco Sustainable Solutions has promoted Patryk Wylecial to Parley Site Manager.

The promotion comes nine years after Patryk joined the organics recycling company as a site operator.

In his new role he will be responsible for the UK’s leading purpose-built site for organics recycling and renewable energy.

Eco’s Parley operation annually processes 150,000 tonnes of material. End products include enriched topsoil, compost and woodchip.

Patryk joined Eco straight from college where he studied travel and tourism.

In his spare time he competes in cross country mountain bike racing and has signed up for seven races this year.

Trelawney Dampney, Eco’s Managing Director, said Patryk’s promotion was “well deserved.”

He added: “It’s always good to promote from within. Patryk is a hard-working, conscientious and loyal member of the team and his promotion is well deserved.”
